With deep sorrow and a heavy heart, the Gumel Emirate Foundation (GEF) extends its heartfelt condolences to the families, friends, and the entire people of Gumel Emirate over the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved brothers — Engr. Magaji, Nasibu Mai Jama’a, and Bala Nasir Gwadabe — who lost their lives on Sunday 5th October, 2025, in a ghastly motor accident along the Kaduna–Abuja Road.

Their untimely demise is a great loss not only to their immediate families but also to the entire Gumel Emirate, where they were known for their humility and humbleness. Indeed, their memories and good deeds will forever remain in our hearts.

As we mourn this painful loss, we pray that Allah (SWT) grants them Aljannatul Firdaus, forgives their shortcomings, and gives their families and all of us the strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss.

Let this tragic incident serve as a gentle reminder to us all that life is fleeting and every soul shall taste death. We should, therefore, strive to live righteously, do good to others, and maintain strong bonds of brotherhood while we still can.

May their souls rest in perfect peace. Ameen.
